Missionally-Aligned Rental Spaces

St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Bellevue, WA, offers thoughtfully designed spaces for private events, gatherings, and celebrations. You don’t need to be a member or person of faith to rent our facilities—but we do ask that your event aligns with our mission of Refuge, Renewal and Reach. Our beautiful sanctuary space even includes a piano and a small stage. Inquire about hosting your event, gathering, or celebration in our beautiful, mission-aligned spaces.

Ideal for Small to Mid-Sized Events

Due to limited parking (44 spaces total, including 4 accessible spots), our campus is best suited for events of up to 100 guests. Larger events may be possible with valet service and off-site parking.

Sanctuary and Narthex

Our serene sanctuary is ideal for weddings, memorials, recitals, and lectures. It includes a stage, grand piano, organ, sound system, and video projection. The adjoining Narthex offers a welcoming space for gathering before and after events.

Pierson Hall & Kitchen

Pierson hall

Pierson Hall is our largest gathering space, perfect for receptions, catered events, and community meals. It includes:

    • Flexible seating and table arrangements
    • Sound system, piano, video projection
    • Adjacent commercial kitchen with ovens, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerators
    • Access to an outdoor patio

Capacity: Up to 200 guests

Memorial Hall & Meeting Rooms

We offer multiple meeting rooms and breakout spaces for small groups (8–25 people) or medium-sized gatherings. Rooms can be configured with movable walls for flexibility.

Important Facility Rental Information

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and renters, please review the following:
  • Rental Fees: Contact our office for a current fee schedule as soon as possible.
  • Liability Insurance: Required for all rentals. We’ll help you obtain it easily.
  • Pastoral Services: Required for weddings and memorials. Fees are arranged separately.
  • Event Coordinator: Available upon request to assist with planning and logistics.
  • Tech Support: Equipment includes microphones, piano, organ, and livestream-ready projection.
  • Kitchen Use: Full kitchen access or simple setup options available.
  • Parking: 44 total spaces (4 accessible). Valet service available for larger events
